Lollapalooza's lineup is finally official and the eclectic mix includes Jack White, Sigur Rós, M83, Passion Pit, Die Antwoord, the Shins, the Weeknd, Justice, Florence and the Machine, the Walkman, Frank Ocean, Alabama Shakes, a revived Bloc Party and the recently reunited Black Sabbath, the Afghan Whigs and At the Drive-In. The festival takes place August 3-5 at Chicago's Grant Park.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, bands and artists headed to Chicago include the Black Keys, Miike Snow, Bombay Bicycle Club, Sharon Van Etten, the Big Pink, Santigold, Chairlift, Red Hot Chili Peppers, tUnE-yArDs, Neon Indian, the Tallest Man on Earth, and many more. Passes are available, although don't expect to find any bargains. Early bird passes are already sold out and the remaining passes are priced at a hefty $230.
